Shipping policy

Every order ships with a tracking number, and we email it to you the moment your parcel leaves. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Weekends and holidays don't count as business days, and the carrier's estimate is a guide rather than a promise.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of $40 or more (counted after any discount code). Smaller orders pay $4 to $6 depending on the order total; the exact amount shows at checkout before you pay. We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia and around 60 countries in all.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or open Track your order and enter your order number. Tracking can take a day or two to show the first scan after we hand the parcel over.

International orders

International parcels may be checked by customs, which can add a few days. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by you on delivery. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or lower the declared value.

Wrong address or a change of mind

If you spot a mistake in your address, email info@caciliasauer.com right away with your order number. We can usually fix it before the order ships; once it has left, we can no longer change it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stops moving and your parcel is confirmed lost, or it arrives damaged, send us a note (with a photo for damage) and we'll reship it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Details are in our refund policy.
