Refund policy
Our policy is applicable for 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since you received the package, regrettably, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All merchandise returned to us must be in the original packaging with all original items accompanying the merchandise. If the originally packaging is not available, pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to ensure the device is well protected. The return address will vary based on product but will be included in the return label.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your
purchase back to the manufacturer.
Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If
you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@caciliasauer.com.
Conditions for Refund/Return
Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed as lost in transit and has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, we will initiate a refund or offer a replacement.
Damaged Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged items and packaging to initiate the refund or return process.
Not Satisfied Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason other than loss or damage, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. Please contact us directly via email at info@caciliasauer.com to initiate the return process. In your email, kindly explain the reason for the return and provide details describing any discrepancies between the received product and its description. We are committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring your satisfaction.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shippingcosts are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
